Softball, Mary Kay Johnson's daughter, Thing #6 & #7 & porn

The softball tournament did NOT go well. I didn't get to go, and in retrospect, am glad. This is Chelsea's senior year, which Grandma isn't taking well. I've yet to figure out how 6 month old babies can be graduating from High School!!! Anyway, they cried and all that stuff and I'd have bellowed and more stuff. SSSOOOO.!!!

Hello Ms. Genoa Public Library--I am Mary Kay Johnson's daughter and I work at one of the libraries in Lincoln. I was happy to see your blog following along with the 23 Things! I have lots of fond memories of using the Genoa library while growing up and I even still have my library card. Good luck in your 23 Things journey!

It is indeed a small world. Believe it or not, deanne's Mom owns and operates our town newspaper. She's really great about getting our information before the public. Gee, we even sometimes make it on the front page and ABOVE the fold. Good to see you, deanne.

On to Thing #6. As soon as this election is over and I start my "cold turkey" withdrawals, many of the entries on my Google Reader will be deleted. At this time, I'll add some more from NLC. I'd not call myself Election Obsessed, but definitely Election Dependent. Google Reader has saved much time in getting it all covered.

Thing #7. So, I put in "Quilt Galleries" in Google's Blog Search and one thing led to another, but I'm finally back. In light of my "after the election" project, this was necessary...yeah, right. Anyway, would someone please tell me how in the world one can input "Quilt Galleries" and on page #2 start finding porn sites? What pornful thing can you expect on a quilting site? (Not the quilt, folks, the site.) Well, you'll just have to imagine, 'cause I didn't go look.

Until later, Sharon
